Not available yet, later on this year probably slightly earlier than most mainstream Nehalem CPU's so as to coincide with the ultra-expensive extreme editions which always come out first.
Rumour has it Intel are pushing the launch forward a bit:

I still very much doubt we'll be seeing the non-Extreme edition chips until Q1 2009 at the earliest.
Do the CPU prices drop when the extreme editions arrive? Or only when the mainstraim processors come?
