Noticed something with pifast, you really need to run it multiple times as there seems to be a fair amount of fluctuation in the results.. Obviously the sadists with 486's etc need not apply really

Think it depends on what other background tasks you have
running, while it is heavy on the CPU it still has to compete
    for CPU cycles.

The big boys shut all non essential apps down and close
explorer as well and use the Ctrl-Alt-Delete to bring up
Task manager in XP and invoke pifast from there (File-New TAsk Run).

    PS.....

** Note to all i'm not around now until late Sunday enjoying
a good old TPR get-together so expect next update to be Monday.**

    Enjoy

I Just submitted my results with the form on the main page, here are the screenshots that come with that result:

This are the settings used in the shot above:
    CPU: Barton 2800+ @ 11 x 233 @ 2.1V
    MEM: 2 x 512 Corsair XMS 3500C2 @ 466 Mhz @ 11-2-2-2 @ 3.2V
MOBO: ASUS A7N8X Deluxe rev 2.0 Xtremely modified
    Cooling: Watercooling by Innovatec

When running that time my sys wasn't stable enough to make a WCPUID & CPU-z bench. Ik have another score which is slighty slower but with the information requested:

Hmm, I've seen high 50's from a Barton at ~2780MHz, but the result doesn't fit in

I'll have to rerun after a fresh install and see what's what.

    Barton @ 12 x 233, nForce2 Ultra 400 w/stock chipset voltage, mem @ 233, 2-5-2-2.

Would be nice to hit the top 20 but I don't have the capacity. Maybe with a P4, I'll try and borrow one.

    Sorry been busy

    To answer above

Results are entered manually plus I have to weed out the dud
results first and cross referance before they go up.

A.P.Versteeg - Nice to see you competing Mr case mod man

The error is normally because the submission form is filled out
wrong, check some of the required fields # to see if they were filled in.

All results are now up that were in the database.

/edit... A.P.Versteeg will have to put up your air result tommorrow
cannot access the ftp at the mo but I will add it, its in the database and received.
    Regards

Is is just me - or is this pifast a BRILLIANT system stability tester?

Marked my system as unstable straight away. I went and tried memtest86 to see if it was true, and sure enough memtest failed after 40 minutes.

I have tried submitting my new score, but it doesn't work. I filled in all the required fields, but when I click the submit button I get an error (Be good).

Anyway this is my new score, with a nVentiv Mach II on an yet to be modded Abit NF7-s with 2 x 256 MB Winbonv BH-5 mem and an AMD Barton 2500+ CPU.

OK first post. I am posting becasue i got 44.27 in the pifast bench to 10 million digits and it isn't on the main page ???? I thought the deal was if you didn't post on the forums that you would be contacted!!

Here is a pic to proove it.

Athlon XP at 2.7ghz, 12.5 * 217fsb. Thats at 2v but it will do 2.6ghz at 1.8v and under.

    Memory timings 11-2-2-2

    Abit NF7-S 2.0

Please add my name to the site. I guess nobody is gonna beat those A-64s eh?
