    Nice to know it's not just my girlfriend and both my sisters that want my computer to be able to play sims 3 so that when it comes out they can give it to me as a present and then come and hijack my computer.

    Yeah, luckily she has her own system that I built, although with a new widescreen monitor for her Birthday in late September, I expect she is going to need a graphics card upgrade soon as well!

    Sorry, but i cant take it no more, what is up with girls playing Sims?...i mean some of my cousins, females, play Sims all the time, other girls i know, and now here 2. What is up with girls and sims? They dont even get bored of it!

    Not sure about ATi cards, but for Nvida 9600GT is a good choice at about £70. If you are looking for cheaper then go for 8600GT or 8600GTS, my recommendation is 8600GTS 256MB should be enough and only cost about £45.
