No picture?

A friend gave me his pc to look at, its a Compaq Presario SR2009UK
It fires up but I cant get any signal to the monitor, I've cleared the cmos, tried a graphics card, changed the powersupply, but nothing seems to get anything on the monitor, oh and i've tried another monitor and both do work, so does the powersupply and graphics card that I tried in the Compaq.
Any ideas??

no bios beeps with the memory out ?

just took the memory out and tried it, no picture and no beeps.

could be a blown mobo or dead cpu, try taking the cpu out as well and see if it beeps
