I am going to buy one of them. Both on scan deals.
Dfi is £70.44
asus £61.69

Seems that p45 doesnt offer much more.

The bottom line is overclocking. which one would you go for?

But I would probably get either the P5K-C, P5K-E or Abit IP-35 PRO if it's P35 you're after.
