While I know having these disabled is the safest option, I'm interested in seeing what results people had got from enabling them at various clock speeds?

Yes... but I've never played around with having the PC overclocked and having them enabled. I know that Clunk did at one point about a year ago though. Ask on Clunk's forum maybe?

You can overclock then turn them work, it suppsoed to work as normal.

I have them enabled on my overclocked E4500(3ghz). I monitor the CPU using RMClock and you can see the cores reducing their clockspeed dynamically from 3.0ghz to 1.6ghz and back again depending on the OS load.
