I got the 450watt Levicom (without bl00 LED's though.) It really is very quite, mine has 4 settings Low, Medium, High, and Automatic. I just leave it on Low and it seems to be happy.
Ill post the rails if i go into the bios later

Cheers mate, don't worry. I've ordered the CWT from Scan as I wanted one by Friday and people already say this one is as good as the Antec's and Enermax's.

Don't you use Motherboard Monitor blockers?
That's a cracking temp/volt/fan monitor program. Takes an age to set up to my preferences though.
