92mm fan for Thermalright HR-03 R600
I have a 2900XT with the stock cooler(which sounds like a leaf blower at the merest hint of a game).
I am going to replace the stock cooler with the HR-03 R600 heatsink.
What I want to know is what is the quietest/best fan for this(looking for high airflow but low noise).
I've looked at a Nocta NF-B9

It says it's a case fan but I assume you can use it for a VGA card.
Is this a good fan? Is there a better one?

Be aware the HR03 is enormous with a fan.
I used an Akasa Amber 92mm on mine it was very quiet (couldn't hear it) and will be a sight cheaper than the noctua.

you should be able to fit a 120mm fan with the default clips, I could do it with my regular HR-03, I've seen it done on the GT and the Plus models too.
Before I found this out I used an Akasa Amber 92mm fan, was alright slightly audible for an ok amount of air. Doesn't beat any 120mm low rpm fan though, I had a no-name Ebuyer fan on 5V, brilliant.
As mentioned it is huge slot eater. Heatsink alone will eat about 2.5 slots, add a fan and its 3.5 slots, so basically upto 4 slots with room for the fan to breath.
You could use the rear mount method, it'll take about 2 slots on the rear side inc fan.

Xsilence 92mm fan 19Db @ 12v and 36 cfm. Seems reasonable. They also have a 120mm version as well.

Shifts 68 cfm @ 12v 21Db
