    Get a P31 motherboard like the Gigabyte P31-DS3L, I had a E7200 at 3.2GHz on one of those boards just by changing the FSB.

    Well from what ive read and 'seen' in practice they are very good lol, couple of people have it on the ebuyer forums and have given it good rep, its great value for money if you think about it, well featured, solid caps all round and a good overclocker.

    but the p35 chipset is better

    I've been impressed by my cheapo Gigabyte board too (P35 though). Can't say I've pushed it's overclocking limits with my stock cooler and slow ram though lol. I briefly threw the FSB up to 375 with no complaints at all but the 70C+ temps on the CPU running Orthos rather put me off.

    I'd certainly rather get a cheap Gigabyte P35 than the MSI, they're about the same price anyway.
