    Cherry Black Keyboards?

    Knocked coffee all over my black cherry keyboard and the keys are now playing up. Originally got mine off Overclockers.co.uk, however they don't stock them. Found that scan have them but are currently on backorder- http://web6.scan.co.uk/Products/Info.asp?WPID=73301 . Anyone know where I could get one?

    Dabs sell them;

    although the silly people at Dabs have labelled the key boards incorrectly, my mate ordered a black cherry keyboard and when it arrived it was distinctly not black, infact it was beige!!!

    What Dabs have done is label both the beige and black keyboards as being black, which is rather silly.

    My mates order had the original manufacturers label still on it, stating clearly that it was infact beige, also I would have hoped that the window on the box would have given them a slight hint towards the keyboard colour... But there ya go...

    it certainly says black in the top left hand corner, just have to see what they deliver. At least you can send it back free of charge and get them to try again, hehe

    booo Hammerite boo

    Sorry used to work for a paint company.

    I know a mate who painted his keyboard, was a nightmare, had to get new transfers for all the key characters, took him ages to put them all on. And now the paint is slowly but surely rubbing off, not a pretty sight...

    I hoped you were joking, but as a friend of mine has actually done it (and failed oh so badly) I just thought that I better quash that silly idea as quickly as possible... Pleased to see you were joking though..
