    P35 or P43

Which would be the better buy in general out of a sub £60 P35 or P43?

    Asus P43

    Asus P35
    http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=656141

The P43 on the surface seems to be better spec'd, more RAM, more SATA, PCIe 2.0. The P35 has eSATA, but due the the extra SATA ports on the P43 you could add a 3.5" eSata slot to the front of the case.

    This would most likely be used with a Q6600 overclocked to 2.8 - 3.2ghz + 4gb PC6400 running 64bit Vista

    Cheers

    Re: P35 or P43

I think I would take the P43. Awful place for the mobo power socket though.

    Re: P35 or P43

It could be worse... they could have put it on the under-side of the mobo
