Laptop Power Unit
Hi Guys,
I´m currently sunning it up in Mallorca, getting myself some colour and treating my self to a well earned break before Uni starts again, however, I can´t be too happy :(
A few hours before we departed, my Laptop charger fizzed, smoked, popped and died and now won´t stay on for more than a few seconds. I was wondering if you guys could do me a service while I´m away and find me the cheapest replacement for it?
Its a PR600 MSI laptop from mesh, and although under warranty, apparently a warranty doesn´t cover a PSU. I´ve got the 3 year insurance too but I don´t know if they will replace it or if they do whether or not it will cost me excess, as I am over here I´m unable to check.
If anyone could find me a cheap replacement and/or check the above out I would be massively greatful, as I´m unable to check anything from where I am (and may even struggle when I´m home!).
Regards,
Your slightly depressed, but well tanned peer, Richie :)
P:S/ Spanish keyboards are funny :P

Not bad for £40 as it is a reputable brand :)

Re: Laptop Power Unit
I have an FSP unit i'm using right now.
I also have a Trust power supply I got in Maplin for my other laptop. It's quite cool as it has a USB socket on it too for charging random devices. I think it is capable of kicking out an amp on the USB post too, so things charge nice and quick :)
