Off-the-Shelf Triple monitor systems

I am struggling to find an off-the-shelf triple monitor system so if anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I need three 1600x1200 displays, preferably on a stand to minimise the gap between the screens. I will be mainly using the system for programming and for applications so I don't need great gaming performance. I want to be able to open different applications on different screens while still being able to drag across the whole desktop. Any advice appreciated.

i dont get what your asking? are you after 3 monitors to tri-display ? why not just buy 3 monitors seperate?

Why don't you just buy 3 seperate monitors and plug them into you GFX card? You will probably need to buy an extra PCI GFX card for the 3rd monitor but you will have far more control over the end result.

I doubt you'll find one mate, if you buy a computer with a P45 motherboard with 2x PCI-Express slots. Buy a couple of cheap ATI Crossfire boards (Something about £80 for a pair or better yet, get a pre built system with one in already, and buy an identical other) Then just whack a some 24" monitors onto it.

If you want to save money, build a tower with a P5Q Pro board , stick in an e5200, 4gb of branded ram, a couple of 512MB Sapphire HD3650, you can also get for MUCH cheaper some 1440 res monitors at 22", you could probably get the lot for under a grand.

(Just priced up 3x 22" Monitors with a E5200, P5Q Pro, 4GB Corsair RAM, 2x 3650, Modular 520w PSU, Antec300, 640GB WD + Optical drive for £900. Short of the resolution, thats should see you through nicely)

KVM is AGP... Matrox is nearly £200...

A decent mobo and dual gfx cards would be cheaper...

Slightly off topic - but has anyone seen the monitors used in the crime lab on the TV seriesCSI Miami? Very cool and looks a bit like the ones in the link below - but on the telly the screens seem seemless (oh what alliteration) and also touch sensitive.
