uk retailer help

Does anyone know of a uk retailer that sells Mobile P4 cpus to the general public? I am building a SFF system around the P4 and want to use the mobile verity as it runs much cooler but I am really struggling to find the chips available anywhere other than on Ebay or other second-hand forums.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
