    Sennheiser PC 161 Pro

    Anyone use these i amthinking of maybe these for gaming really ?

    Also thinking of Creative HS-900 too

    I have a X-FI xtreme sound card too maybe the creative headset would be better optimized ?

    Any thoughts or recomendations

    would like to hear from peeps who have the above H/sets

    Not sure about gaming headsets other than my sexy 5.1s but Sennheiser are amazing quality for anything and everything else. They've been a big brand in sound long before PC sound.

    I uses Sennheiser headset for gaming they are great. Had them for over a year now.

    I use 5.1 headsets myself but Sennheisers tend to produce quality goods.

    I use the 151's and they are pretty good for gaming. You can hear the bass with them which I couldn't hear with my previous headset. No doubt the 161 is the same but better.

    i should've added i'm interested in the mic quality too as i'm a avid online gamer

    I use it alot on Vent and TS and the mic quality is very good. You won't have problems with that.
