    repairing a monitor

Hey, I've got a spare dell 2405 monitor that has a light green line that has appeared on one side, other than that perfectly usable, any ideas on how i'd get that repaired or how muh it would cost?

    Cheers Mike

    Re: repairing a monitor

Is it still under warranty? Ring/email dell support and ask about it.

First though make sure it is actually the monitor that is broken, try it with another video input if you can. If the fault has appeared recently after switching cables around it might also be worth checking that all the connections are ok (e.g. no bent/broken pins).
