    Antec 300 audio jacks.

Hi guys, I may or may not have a problem.

The front audio jacks on my Antec 300 case are causing a bit of a problem. When both a microphone and headphone jack are in together, they keep being recognised and then not again, almost as if there is enough power to keep one of them working. I have all the other buttons connected to the mobo and the audio can be HDA or R'97. I went for HDA, could this be my problem or is it somehting totally different you think?

    Regards/ Richie

    Re: Antec 300 audio jacks.

You need to look at your mobo as the pin outs on the audio header have different functions depending on which audio system is in use - however simplest solution is to try the other system (ACR '97) and see!
