    Talking 8800 oc in vista 64 ?

    I have a asus 8800 gt gpu

    I used to run it with smartdoctor ( with very mild overclocks...great card ...although now I have improved my case cooling and such ) under XP and recently upgraded my system to vista ultimate 64
    ... Now when I try to install smart doctor or any other OCing type software, I encounter all sorts of problems ...
    I am just wondering if anyone has some advice as to which software to use and any applicable guidelines under vista ?

    What about RivaTuner? Popular certainly and as far as i know it's fine for overclocking. You can also use it to monitor temps.

    It's compatible with vista as far as i know.

    I use smart doctor in Vistax64 ultimate with no probs. The latest version is 5.21, uploaded it for you here if you dont have it already.
