It should be fine I personally use the 550w and also a 450w in the server under my bed and they are quiet ( well my fx 5950 is loud so thats all I hear )

Rails and voltages are all stable so it seems fine

Mine's running fine, quite quiet, stable rails and volts (3.3v = 3.31v, 5v = 4.95v and 12v = 11.92v). Running A7N8X-E, Mobile Barton 2500+, 9600XT, 2xHDD's, DVD, CD-RW and a couple of fans absolutely fine. Still got plenty of Molex connections lwft over, and masses of cable (very long cables!).

All in all, very pleased with it.

the sharkoon fans are very good for the size

Check the cfm on them as they are supposed to be able to shift some serious airflow
