Recomend me a PSU and a fan controller

I need to get a cheap but good quality PSU for my HTPC box in building, spec will be,

Atlon X2 2.5GHz 45w
Asus 780G mobo
Laptop SATA hard drive
Blu Ray reader

And I may put a 9800GT in there in the future and use it for lanning so needs to have a PCI-E 6 pin connector.
Thinking 350 odd watts should be fine for this, any recomendations?

Also looking for a basic fan controller but cant find anything that does what I want?, All I want is a small unit thats got a 4 pin molex connector on one end and say 4 3 pin connectors on the other end, not looking for speed controll or anything just some way of tidying up the cables so I dont have to have 4 pin connections everywhere, anyone come across one?

"Cheap" and "Good Quality" are mutually exclusive terms when it comes to PSUs.

Anything by Corsair will be OK, Seasonic are pretty good, and FSP are reasonably priced and pretty good too.

Avoid EZCool, and anything that promises more than 300 watts for under £20!

the 750W FSP that keeps comming up on scans today only for £30ish seems pretty good for the ££££. I got one as a bit of a stop gap and havent changed it, main reason for keeping it is that its suprisingly quiet.

Yea but I wont be using anywhere near that so will loose a hell of a lot in efficency, went with a Seasonic 380watt in the end for £35 odd.
