1 or 2 rads?

Gonna be changing my system in the next couple of weeks so ive gotta change my watercooling setup, but should I go for 1 or 2 rads?
My current watercooling is the Swiftech H20 Apex Ultra Plus Complete Watercooling Kit, so i have a good pump and other bits and bobs, but should I use the double rad in the new setup with a triple rad or just use the new triple rad?
Oh and is it worth reusing the chipset cooler from my kit or just leave the heatpipe already on the new motherboard?

I would be tempted of putting the GPU and CPU in seperate loops, plan to do this for my system, with a single and double rad, but if you are using a tripple i think that that alone will be more than enough.

Don't get the Apogee GTX it is an old block now, get the newly released GTZ if you want swiftech or a dtek fuzion v2 or an ek supreme.

On the radiator issue, if you can fit them both in then do it! More cooling capacity is always a good thing as you can run the fans slower = quieter

Chipset cooler wise you would need to get a mosfet cooler as well if you take off the heatpipes so factor in this cost as well.

yeah have seen the GTZ but I didnt think it was out yet?

i use 2 loops, chipset and mofsets on a pa160 and a pa120.3 for cpu/gpu

As above, if you can fit both rads in, you may as well use them, more cooling capacity = lower temps = possible higher clocks, or, lower temps = reduced fan noise for the same clock speed.

And again, as above, if you use the chipset cooler, you will need to spend more on a mosfet cooler, as the nb and mosfets are connected with a heatpipe solution on your board.

That price will shoot up when they are in stock, plus, the packaging weight is only about 300g, so specialtech are trying to do you out of more money on the p+p (can anyone tell i don't like them =D)

I have just recieved my Apogee GTZ, ordered from scan. instalation was pretty quick and painless after the hour and a half i spent trying to remove the backplate from the previous water block i had. not had chance to see the improved temps yet though as this block replaced a thermaltake one that leaks and leaked on my gfx card which is now dead so until i get a new card i wont know if it brings much of an improvement although im sure it will.
