Anyone know a good joystick and mouse for left handed people, a quality but reasonable priced one would be great.

Saitek do some good joysticks that are completely customisable for lefties.
Mouse wise I'm not sure of specific leftie models, though logitech have some MX series that are symmetric.
Razer mice are symetric as well (at least the copperhead is and I think the majority of the others) and allow remapping of all buttons. Can't really be called cheap at £30 though
Salmosa - 3 button, IR sensor, 1800 DPI http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=888395 £22
Krait - 3 Button, Laser Sensor, 1600 DPI http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=421979 £23
Diamondback - 7 button, IR Sensor, 1800 DPI http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=651193 £26
Copperhead - 7 Button, Laser Sensor, 2000 DPI http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=393688 £35
The Death adder and Lachesis are right handed.
The Copperhead and Diamondback come with blue, green and red lighting with prices varying a bit with colour.

Seen This? - not sure how good it is but is worth a look at least,

Not according to Razer
says ambidextrous there. I bought a Lachesis last month and can confirm that it is indeed symmetrical (albeit a bit large to be comfortable for my hands)
The Diamondback I replaced it with is lovely.

The Razor range do seem to be very interesting also the mouse posted by Rookie was of interest but it seems that a lot of end users are having issues with it. I also tend to lead towards wired mice for gaming. £30 range is not too much certainly would not want to go too far above that but Xmas is coming up soon and people are starting to ask the what do you want for Xmas question .
Betty-Swalloks I was under the impression the Lachesis only had side buttons on one side? 7 buttons (Scan said so!) 2 standard and scroll, 2 on top and 2 thumb buttons on the left side for right handed people. But looking on Razers site it does indeed have the thumb buttons on both sides a total of 9 buttons, so my mistake.
The Deathadder though is definitely right handed
On a side not as Betty_Swallocks said about the Lachesis being the wrong shape/size it might be worth going to the Razer site and looking over all the details and using the mouse selection guide.Originally Posted by Razer product page

i'm left handed and comfortably use a "right handed" Logitech VX Nano. The unit is symmetrical and just has 2 small buttons meant for the right forefinger, but I use them fine with my left index.
I believe that Logitech do another model which comes in a left handed flavour that uses the tiny Nano receiver, which I highly recommend if you use a laptop.

That would've been my first suggestion as well It's reviewed here.
But have a look at 'Anything Left Handed' site for lots of left-handed computer stuff
