Hey i want to know if there is a device that will allow me to watch TV on my pc.
like i dont want it to use much system resource etc..

There are a selection, no idea which ones are good (the Hauppage is probably reasonable though) and certainly no idea what they use in the way of system resources.

thanks for the link!, i know this is a bit ambitious, but is it possible to turn a Dell TFT into a TV by just adding an aerial?? i want a flat panel TV in my room

If it's just a monitor then no, you need something to decode the signal before the screen can display it. One of the reasons tv's cost more is they also have decoders in them.

However depending on the types of connection your monitor has it may be possible to get a standard digital tv settop box and plug it into that. but it depends on the connectors.
