£20 for the single sided version.
I ordered SteelSeries SX Mouse Pad last week, very happy with it just the right size for me and its not fabric.
I was looking for a quality mousemat as well a few months back, picked up a Coolermaster Speed/Precision mat. £13, extremely good. The spec on it is high. You don't need to spend £35+ on a pad...

I love the speed side - lovely looking mat as well, "Made of a very durable and sturdy anodized aluminum".
Caution with the "carbon fibre option" may not work with optical mice!

I agree @Zsev; I have a Steelpad 4D and have been through a few sets of teflon feet for my MX510. I found the surface of the mat getting very scored too - the most used part isn't very smooth/shiney anymore.
I am looking for slim cloth mouse mat, to pair with my newly aquired MX518. Not the largest space for a mat next to my keyboard, so probably 290 x 250mm. Looking around for cloth but the Roccat series looks interesting as does the Qpad.
Decisions, decisions...

Razer Mantis is all you'll ever need.
I have both revisions of the Everglide Titan, love them.
Mobo: DFI LP X48 LT T2R Bios 2008/12/24
CPU: Intel Q6600 G0 @ 3.6ghz (400 x 9)
Ram: OCZ PC2-9200 4GB Flex II @ 1066mhz 5-5-5-15 2T
GC: HIS 5870 @ 900/1300 - Eyefinity
Razer Mantis too large unfortunately.
Razer Goliathus Omega Control Gaming Mouse Mat (Small) looks like it would fit and £11 locally to me.

A steelseries qck+ is also highly regarded.
(I also realise this is a thread bump but just wanted to throw down my 2cents)
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I've been using a QcK Steelpad for quite a while now, went for fabric primarily because the surface I was using wasn't smooth (glass top with flat-topped screws protruding ever so slightly) and a rocking mouse mat isn't much use. It's got pretty worn in the corner where it goes over the screw, but in the central part where I tend to run the mouse I haven't had any problems with it, still looks the same as the day I bought it. Would definitely recommend it, obviously dependent on what size you go for.
The Razer Destructor is lovely

Thanks for the answers. I have a 4D Steelpad but found it wore my MX510 teflon pads out.
Are these 'gaming' cloth pads smoother than your 50p blue mouse mats and close to the 4D for instance as not been able to try any out?
