SATA CF (Compact Flash) or Sata Hard Drive

I'm looking at fast boot times and am wondering what will be faster:

Something like this or this.
Or my 500gb Seagate Barracuda 7200.11.

Or would I benefit more from a 10,000 rpm drive?

I'm just looking at fast boot times into either Vista or XP..

Thanks

Is price a factor? If not, the only choice would be the Intel X25 Extreme SSD.

Not currently in stock at Scan, but I think some other retailers have it.

I'd get a 150GB velocirapter I think, perhaps an OCZ solidstate, I'd say they both provide reasonable value for money.

That said if it's just boot up.. sounds too much like epeen to me so I'd just get a 320GB single platter or 640GB sammy or WD AAKS.

Hmm Price is a Factor. I'm looking to spend between £50 - £100 as its just a boot drive, nothing else.
