Buzzing noise from Linex FM Transmitter

Installing this USB FM Transmitter hasn't been as straightforward as I had hoped. Windows detects it fine but whenever I play anything music/sound from my PC, it is accompanied by a constant buzzing noise. I've tried it on three different computers, including a laptop and I'm still getting the same problem. Can anyone help me?

A bit late for you, but I recently bought one of these and was plagued by the same problem. Solved it by swapping the supplied USb cable for one that was supplied to me with a freecom external drive I use. This has some sort of noise suppression thingy on it (I'm not a techie). When used with the Linex it removed the whine, hum, or whatever. Guess they should be supplied with better cables. Hope this is of use to someone.

I did try that but it never helped. Maybe it'll work for someone else though. I think the problem with the Linex is that you can only choose frequencies in the low FM range 88.xx which causes problems in my area.
