i would steer clear of the current prescotts, think there is overheating probs. Maybe a 2.8c?

why do you say a 2.8 and not a 3ghz is there not much diff ?? also i have seen heard that if your chip doesnt have a C on it its not as overclockable is this true?

i think c is just labeling what generation the core is from (a b or c etc) and the reason id pick over the rest is that i think u got a better chance at getting a higher o/c than with the 3/3.2

Just because some CPU's will just do better, all chips have differant architecture. And some versions are just better 4 OCing.
P.S DONT get the 'presscot' over-priced, worse performance, longer pipelines= crap.
    Savey?
