    Cooling a 17" lappy?

    Hiya

Any thoughts of choice on a laptop cooler? This mostly so I don't roast my legs while gaming in bed (yeah, lazy git). They're not that expensive, sitting under the lappy and blowing USB-powered fans up and over it. Yeah, for a 17" lappy, and there are a few...

Supposed to be quite good and it doesn't drag air up from the bottom so it's fine on beds etc..

There's a huge new antec one coming out with one big fan on it, can't remember what it's called but it was expensive.

How much are you willing to spend on one - that's the question?

I'm sure the one linked to above would be fine for most laptops
I personally use a (black) Zalman ZM-NC2000 for my Dell XPS M1730 though

But as you can see... it wasn't cheap

    Re: Cooling a 17" lappy?

i use one of them coolermaster ones but they only fit my 15.4" macbook pro so not sure about 17. the coolermaster ones are pretty good but i would suggest you go for the plastic ones to prevent any scratches on the bottom of your laptop

and there is nothing wrong being lazy ever so often
