Need A USB KVM That Works With Wireless
In the market for a KVM switch that is suitable for my existing and intended purchases of equipment.... Basically I want to kvm 4 pc's one of which will be Linux and one may be a laptop (although I can take this one out of the equation). I want the kvm to have independent audio switching, so I can listen to music one one pc whilst working on the others, as well as usb connections for the 7 port powered hub I currently have everything connected to. One key point is that I want to be able to use a wireless keyboard and mouse, which I have yet to purchase.
So far I have only found an IOGear kvm switch which comes close to these requirements but I do not know if you can get it in the UK or what it costs (or even if it is any good).
All suggestions welcome....
Thanks

A friend of mine uses this; http://www.lambda-tek.com/components...&prodID=B76141
and it works like a dream for him!

Looked this one up, does everything I want except no audio control. That seems to be my problem that I can find plenty of kvm's that do most of what I want but not one that does it all. Wireless keyboard and mouse seems to rule most of them out, along with no support for laptops. Not giving in yet, dont want to compromise unless I have to. Thanks...

A solution that I use myself, which may or may not suit you, is to directly feed one computer's audio out to the line-in in the other computer. That way i always have both machines' sound on, so I use one for music and the other for something else, no need to keep changing over especially when i'm listening to songs.

Well blow me down. Sometimes you just can't see what's in front of you. My latest investigations have highlighted the Aten range of kvm's which will do the job for me. They sell so many different versions I have yet to narrow it down. Does anyone have any experience of them.
Thanks all..
