Q6600 is warranted up to 1.5v I'm pretty sure, Intel spec finder says that the VID can range from 0.85v - 1.5v indicating that a chip could be supplied with its stock voltage as high as 1.5v :o
Oh also set your memory timings to 5-5-5-15 to begin with while overclocking this will keep the stability higher you can lower them once your CPU overclock is stable, remember you want to test one thing at a time rather than changing 5 things then trying to work out what has happened!
