I recently ordered a computer with the Thermaltake Tough Power 850w modular PSU, but the computer arrived with a Silver Power 850w PSU instead.
Have the company "ripped me off" here or are the components comparable on performance?
Thanks,
Sacred

Is it that one? If so your probably ok with it although from that review it may be a bit noisy... you could always complain anyway and see what they offer you in terms of compensation![]()
Well I decided to complain and got offered £60 (which I've accepted) I just wanted to ensure I wasn't getting stuffed with sub-standard components especially since the PSU is really important.
Well I would say rip out the Silverpower and put that £60 towards a Enermax or Corsair unit you couldn't sell the old one though in case you needed to send it back fro repairs
But it should be fine live with it and see what you think if it is too noisy then replace it if not then you got yourself £60![]()

Well my current rig coupled with my really loud xBox 360 already make a huge amount of noise so I don't think the noise of it should bother me too much. And if it really does annoy me I could always replace it like you suggest![]()
