Videomate K100 remote control software problem

    Hi,

I got a Compro Videomate K100 remote control today.

I installed all the software properly, but the ComproRemote software doesn't pick the remote control up.

So I tried on my brothers PC and it did the same thing.

I then tried on my XP machine and it worked perfectly first time.

Compro brag about how it's completley compatible with Vista 32/64.

It does control everything almost properly, but when the remote doesn't get detected by the ComproRemote software you can only press one button in a row (so for example you can't turn the volume down 2 notches in a row).

Anyone had any experience with the K100 and it's software?

    Thanks,
    Craig.

The remote uses the eHome Infrared Receiver (USBCIR) if that's any help
