    Need help deciding on mobo

    I'm tempted to upgrade my computer as the current one has issues which I can't figure out. Currently I'm stuck on what motherboard I should buy. The mother board should not be too expensive and does not need to be good for oc.

    Hardware I plan to reuse:
    DVD drives
    Harddrives
    corsair tx 650w
    noctua cpu cooler(forgot what it's proper name was, it's the one with the pinkish fan)

    Hardware I'm planning to buy:
    2 or 4gb ddr2 ram
    e8400
    a graphic card, most likely a 4850(had a gainward 4850 which was great but the fan was ridiculous loud)

    I would probably go for a P43 motherboard from any of the big names.
