    does anybody know where i can buy the M-systems 90 Gb FFD

    Quite simply - at the moment you can't, and to be honest, I'd question your sanity even if you could find somewhere as they're not far off $40,000 each.

    i am quite sure lieberman uses the same technolgy in their PuRAM tecnology, but they are still capable of selling thoso desktops for about $8000

    You asked for the 90GB version, I informed you of the price, as quoted from m-systems (the only place you can actually get them from), the version that liberman use is a 1GB version from a different manufacturer, which is considerably cheaper (http://www.bitmicro.com/products_edisk_35_ide.php) but still very expensive ~ $5000 for the 2GB version.
