I'm still on 5-5-5-15 Will try and get some results with Ballistix's when I can.

It's the FSB, CPU and NB most likely Webby

Damn, this is the sweet spot for the setup though
I tried with 500FSB and I didn't get such great speeds like this. Looks like it might be the NB then.
