Quick question - Is this a good laptop for the money? (Vaio)

I have the option of getting this lappy (VAIO C2Z) for £350, I don't NEED it but it'd be a nice upgrade over my current laptop (PM 1.73ghz, 1Gb RAM, 60GB HDD Vaio)
