voltages: usually very conservative with their readings, it's probably displaying 0.05v over to make sure you stay on the safe side, only way to know for sure is a multi metre. generally, try and stay 2.0v or below for memory (unless core i7!!) unless you have direct cooling, in which case go a bit higher. so if it's reading 0.05v below, just set it to around 1.9 or 1.95 and shouldn't matter that much. you want the lowest stable voltage so if ur trying to overclock your memory, get to the right frequency then stress test and increase voltage until it's stable
and those performance things i'd stay clear of, control it all yourself if you can

The voltage at +0 will be 1.8v no matter what the is reported value may be. Set the voltage to be whatever the manufacturer recommends then if you like lower it a notch and check the stability.
I leave my settings at standard and then fiddle with everything myself.
