That's a very good spec, for £200 I doubt you could beat it, except for maybe some refurbished/clearance products.
So long as you are happy with on board VGA that is a good system. And obviously you can always upgrade it at a later stage Doubt you could do any better
So from me, it's a well done - seems like you have made some well informed choices. Might be worth looking at other motherboards, XFX and Abit, but that's a matter of choice and preference, but you haven't done too bad there
PS. I think you should go Hitachi as for £24 its going to be a fairly decent computer, for normal use 160gb should be more than enough and it is easily upgraded or replaced. Plus hitachi made that awesome perpendicular video!!! hehe
