I don't actually have one of these motherboards, but it doesn't look like you'll have any particular clearance issues, most of the time cpu cooler size is limited by the case that you are using. Where I've had space issues I normally go for the ZALMAN CNPS 9700 NT as it generally isn't as tall as other coolers with 12cm fans.

The base of the cooling fin area of Tuniq tower cooler is 5 cm from the base of the mobo...so really need to find out exactly how tall the NB heasink is fitted on the Lan Party mobo.

Thanks Clunk *nice mobo review on the LP also!!

Maybe a case of "suck and see" I think! One point noted in your post though is the HR05-SLi - I had purchased one of said items for the P5E-VM HDMI board, but it doesn't fit - so would be good to put that to use at last!!

Re: DFI Lan Party JR P45-T2RS CPU coolers??

The Akasa AK-966BL also fits (just - it's pretty huge) as does the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro although that's obviously not 120mm fan compliant like most of the others listed.

I have my DFI Lan Party JR P45-T2RS in a NZXT Rogue which is fairly big for a mATX case but I would of thought it'll be the SFF case size being the limiting factor in most scenarios. DFI seem to have thought the board layout pretty well.

Has anyone got the link to Clunk's review of this mobo?
