I'm currently looking at the 360 Wireless headset which I believe is compatible with windows and has very good reviews. I already have the controller and reciever, so am hoping that i'll be good and am able to pick one up cheap.

You should probably check that out too.

    its not £20 but : http://www.misco.co.uk/applications/...p?EdpNo=294730

I think is an awesome headset, just for talking not particularly good for gaming or listening to music obviously. I have had 2, first one my dog got hold of, Its really light and you cant actually tell you have it on (imo) and doesnt become uncomfortable after wearing it for hours either !

Few options, this is from a audiophile pov

    1. Koss SB40
    2. Sennheiser HD 201 + any clip on mic
    3. Ksc-75 + clip on mic
    4. Philips SHP2700 + clip on mic

The ones I've listed are generally accepted as the kings of low budget headphones. I've tried them all except the koss, and personally I prefer the philips most, comfort and soundwise.

Not going for one of them again, its the one imn replacing as it broke and was really uncomfortable cos it dug into my ears after 20mins. Going to look at the list you lot have mentioned, comfortability is the most important to me though lol.
