    Very good PSU not the standard junk supplied normally with cases.
    The Sonata is far more than needed; so is the 500W PSU - it'd be running at <10% of capacity most of the time.

    Yes, I quite like that one. On Scan's site (and others) it looks as if there aren't vents in the side, but on some (including Asus') it does.
    Actually, as the vents seem to be mesh-covered, they'd be easy to block from the inside without the 'mod' looking too crude.

    simple, a square of black card, cut it larger than the hole and use some double sided tape around the edge to fix it (on the inside)

    Or just some black tape or almost anything with black marker - even card (black card is a bit rare here).

    Anyway, added the page to the folder of bookmarks.

    BTW, I do like the way that the 'new' Asus case is OK for the P5 - obviously for some value of 'new'!
