My wireless keeps connecting and disconnecting

Hey guys, something appears to be wrong with my...well I don't know what. Basically my desktop is connected via a usb wireless adapter to the BT home hub. It will be working fine and the suddenly the connection will break and it will be unable to detect any wireless networks (it can usually detect my home hub and 4 others). After a 5 mins or so it will miraculously reconnect. This cycle happens every half hour or so. Pretty certain there isn't too much wrong with the home hub or adapter so I'm guessing the motherboard (a Gigabyte P35 DS3L). I have all the latest drivers and stuff.

Does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it?

usually to do with car alarms, driver versions, hardware falling out of sync soomehow and crashing...

try chaning the band number of the server etc..

Um...how do you do that? I forgot to mention my laptop is also wireless and that's not having any problems.
