I've put my system together today and upon boot I get stuck on code 75 (Sata problem). I have tried different cables, boot with 1HDD only, 1HDD and DVD and it just gets stuck.
I have reseat all cable and using only 1
System
DFI LanParty P45T2RS Plus
2 x Samsung 640Gb
1 x Smasung 1TB
1 DVD rom
Q6600
Ninja II cooler (I pain to fit in the mobo)
Corsair 520W Mod PSU
When I managed to access the BIOS it had detected all HDD and DVD rom
help/ideas are appreciated

Check the HDD power cable is in properly. Does it get to the BIOS with no SATA or PATA devices plugged in?

all cables are securely connected
The HDDs came without jumpers. Do I need to setup jumpers on these drives???

Even with all sata devices disconnected the mobo gets stuck on POST 75 (sata problems). DOA????
looks like a DOA
Try removing the battery for a few mins then try again with no devices connected.

Some progress, i was able to get into the BIOS. I am thinking of falshing with the latest BIOS, as there is an issue addressed by this new BIOS: 2. Patch for JMB363, JMB368 and ICH10 SATA not in native mode hang"75".
It's not actually fixed it. If you disable the JMicron controller it still hangs on error code 75 with the latest BIOS.

Not user friendly board setup at all
Plugged only 1 HDD
Installed OS on a single connected HDD.
Plugged the remaining HDD
Downloaded Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver/utility
Rebuilt the RAID 1 array
So far it seems to be working okay.
