    X38/X48 board with 4 x 16x PCI-E?

    Looking for a DDR2 X38 or X48 board with 4 PCI-E 16x slots......2 of those slots can be only 8x electrically connected.

    Anyone seen such a beast? Only thing I have seen so far is an x58 board and don't want to upgrade to i7 yet!

    not enough PCI-E lanes in the chipset, they would need to add another PCI-E lane controller to get that many.

    As Buff said I think the chipset max is 3, ive certainly not seen any with more than that.
