    New Printer advice

I need a decent printer that is good at photos, can print onto CD/DVD's, under £100, cheap inks / compatables. Any ideas? I quite like Canon. Any help would be great.

HP C5280 or if theres a newer model that one, ive always gotten HP printers, they always last years and years. And that one scans, photocopies, prints photos and CDs. Ebuyer sell HP ink on the cheap.

    Re: New Printer advice

I second HP printers also, I have 2, my work uses them throughout, both deskjets and laserjets. Cannon have got better over the years but then again so have Lexmark. I suppose if you want wireless printing the three mentioned can do this OOTB.

    Re: New Printer advice

I've got the Canon PIXMA MP620 which is now £93.85. It will do everything you want and has a scanner to.

    I love the CD printing.

Compatable inks available? What are ink prices like?

    Re: New Printer advice

My mate works at Cartridge World and they do re-fills, their own brands and before I bought the above print this is the one he advised because of the quality/ bang for bucks and the cartridges were fairly cheap in comparison.

I think they have brought out a replacement one which is a little cheaper but doesn't have the scanner.

Don't need a Scanner so ordinary one would do. Any model number you recommend?

    Re: New Printer advice

Just asked my friend and the replace Canon mentioned doesn't have the CD printing. So I will stick my neck out and recommend the Canon PIXMA MP620. In your price range and a scanner just for buts. Good quality and does CD/DVDs.

EDIT: Sorry, I have the Canon PIXMA MP610, the MP620 is for wifi
