I apologize for the issue that you have experienced with the NC10. We have been made full aware of the issue and we have a resolution with the blotches on the screen. For any customer that has this issue they can have it repaired by Samsung at no cost. I'm not aware as to if the resolution will be implemented in future releases, but I would assume that it will be. It may already have been corrected and the next one you receive may not have this issue. If it does, I would recommend you contact us so that we may get it repaired for you.
