Saitek cyborg mouse?. I have replaced the mouse once before and now the mouse cursor keeps jumping all over the place(quite frequent) so was wondering if anyone else gets this?.

might be a daft question but anything to do with the surface? have you tried a different type of surface?

I thought that to but im unsure, it works alright on my desk(albeit i havent tried long enough i think) but every other mat is just the same. I turned off enchanced precision and it seems to have pretty reduced this to an acceptable level with the odd mouse movement to the other side of the screen, i will keep checking to see if there is a cause.

edit: NVM it seems to have only reduced the amount of times it happens, still actually moves .

Will email them tomorrow, never got the question answered last time but that was due to the mouse button being broke !.

This could be the problem they use opti micro fiber this could be causing the laser beam to diffract the light in a way the sensor cant pick it up correctly. This can also happen on white and black ask table tops.

Try a different mouse mat, I use just a standard cloth type,

So what mouse mat should get? i feel that £10 mouse mat was a waste now .
