Laptop Direct - Anyone ever used them?

Looking at getting a laptop off them after xmas, but haven't heard of them before. They look good, and have decent prices, but just wondered as I've never head of them

They're our primary laptop supplier at work. Haven't needed to use their support services as of yet (tend to just go through the manufacturers support, as I find it good, despite the reputation of Acer), but I can't fault them.

used them, got a very good deal on a tablet pc for me, was the one they'd used to take photos for the website, had never even been powered up. £100 off, and it had obviously never been used.

Used them to buy my dad's laptop & didnt have any problems. Didnt use their CS team though!

it used to work about 6 months ago, but since then i just get 404

seem them around for a couple of years. not used them though. but probably would if the price was right

I used them a while ago to get an acer laptop for my GF, its been great, no problems other than that they wouldnt let me send it to a location that wasnt my invoice address (annoying since im a uni student).
