    thats why if i clean my cpu with it, i take it out, hold it upside down, put the alcohol on a cloth and wipe

    Well yes then.. perhaps.. though back on topic, last time I removed some TIM.. it was hard NOT to remove it It was all white, powdery and flaked off, just like dogy deoderant
