    RAM for a laptop

Mate of mine has a Sony Vaio VGN N11M and i had to reformat it the other day, the only real issue i encountered was that its reallllly slowed when multitasking. It has a centrino dual so i figure its more to do with the 512 ram and the 5400rpm HDD. before he left i showed him how to change the ram but i thought, before i get him to buy stuff i wud check here that im linking him stuff that will work.

That should just downclock to 533 and run fine right?
